How long is your delivery time?
Generally, it is about 3-5 days if the goods are in stock, or 10-15 days if the goods are customized. Quantity is a determining factor.
Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
Yes, we could offer samples for free; however, the freight cost is expected to be covered by the buyer.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤ USD 5000, 100% in advance. For payments > USD 5000, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance paid before shipment.
